Translating Your Website with Loco Translate

Heads up! Make sure Loco Translate is installed first!

Please make sure you have Loco Translate installed and activated before translating your website. If you haven’t already done so, you still can install this plugin before proceeding to the following steps.

If you look for a way to translate your site to your native language, we suggest to use the Loco Translate plugin. This plugin provides in-browser editing of WordPress translation files and integration with automatic translation services.

Once installed, go to “Dashboard > Loco Translate” to translate your theme and all the Grimlock plugins if necessary.

You might need to create a new language when using the plugin for the first time. In this case, select the language of your website to add it and then, search the words or sentences you want to change. In case you did not find the strings you were looking for, click on “Synchronize” to update the list and add the new strings.
