Regenerating Your Thumbnails
In order to get the best looking images in your new theme, you need to regenerate your images to be cropped to the new image sizes. We can do this with the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.
After activating the plugin, go to Tools > Regen. Thumbnails press the Regenerate All Thumbnails button will start generating new image sizes defined by the theme. Once it’s finished, your library of images will be optimized for your new theme!
